SATSA is incorporated as a non-profit company as defined in the Companies Act of South Africa. It is governed by a Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI) which was ratified by Members at the SATSA 2021 Annual General Meeting.
SATSA and all its members must abide by the MOI which provides regulations on SATSA’s incorporation and nature, its members, directors and officers, chapters, etc.
