The Western Cape Tourist Guide Registration Office has partnered with the Western Cape Government Call Centre, significantly enhancing its capability to handle tourist guide inquiries and concerns.

The recently issued Green Paper by the Department of Tourism represents an effort to examine and develop tourism policy.
