In City Lodge Hotels' corporate social responsibility calendar, Mandela Day on 18 July marked a highlight of charitable efforts across its 59 hotels. Hotel teams engaged in various initiatives benefiting national and regional charities, alongside innovative recycling and upcycling projects.

South African National Parks (SANParks) is implementing a technologically advanced system called the Tourism Property Management System (TPMS) that will facilitate accommodation and activity bookings.
