SATSA AID has partnered with the e-learning platforms atingi and Flashout, offering SATSA members and their staff the opportunity to learn new skills while earning airtime for each course completed.
Courses available that will earn learners airtime are:
• Introduction to Digital Marketing for Tourism
• Customer Service for Tourism Businesses
• Customer Care & Complaint Management
Want to earn while you learn? Here's how:
- Download the Flashout App from the Google Play Store here. (Please use this specific link to download the Flashout app to view the course completion tasks to earn airtime.)
- Create your personal profile on the Flashout app.
- Upon opening the Flashout app, you will be directed to the "Unlock your potential in the Tourism Industry" task.
- Click on "Open Course" within the task to be redirected to the courses chosen on atingi.
- If you don't have a registered account on atingi yet, create an account (important to note: use the same email address used to sign up for your Flashout account).
- Once you complete a course, return to Flashout and click on 'Get Airtime.' After verification, the airtime will automatically be added to the user's account. (Airtime incentives will be available on a first-come, first-served basis up to a certain point.)
- You can then redeem the airtime as an instant top-up for your phone number.
