Training Invitation: Cape Winelands & Garden Route Customer Service

We are happy to share an invitation from our partner, the Western Cape Department of Economic Development and Tourism.

 

They are inviting hospitality and tourism businesses in the Cape Winelands and Garden Route, to nominate staff for participation in an accredited CATHSSETA Customer Service (NQF level 4) programme.

 

Training will be conducted in the following districts:

  • Cape Winelands (2 groups of 25 participants per group)
  • Garden Route (2 groups of 25 participants per group)

 

It is essential that businesses nominate their staff by no later than Wednesday, 19 June 2024. Places will be secured on a first-come, first-serve basis.
