Tourism crisis communication strategy unveiled – learn more and join the campaign
During a Safety Forum call with Minister of Tourism Patricia De Lille earlier this week, Natalia Rosa, CEO of Big Ambitions, presented the Festive Season Crisis Communication Strategy.
This strategy aims to ensure that public and private stakeholders have a clear strategy to respond proactively and swiftly, managing and mitigating a crisis' impact on tourism in South Africa.
The purpose of the strategy is to:
- Protect the tourism sector from crises
- Manage and mitigate crisis impacts
- Establish an aligned strategy for public and private stakeholders

Join our training session
