SATSA Member Directory – Important Update
The year started with a bang, and we are grateful to all members who have begun or completed the renewal process. Maintaining a credible and reliable member database is a cornerstone of SATSA’s mission to uphold quality and professionalism in the tourism industry.
Ensuring your membership remains in good standing is essential for maintaining your visibility within the SATSA Member Directory and continuing to benefit from our trusted industry network.
Currently, all 2024 members are listed in the Directory. However, as of Friday, 7 February, only members who have completed the annual review process will remain visible. If your membership fees remain outstanding or your compliance documents have not been submitted, your profile will be temporarily invisible until these requirements are met.
By listing only members who have met all renewal requirements, we reinforce our commitment to high industry standards, providing buyers and partners with confidence when engaging with SATSA members.
We strongly encourage you to complete the renewal process as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your membership benefits and industry visibility.

- Compliance Document Submission: Submit all required compliance documents, including updated insurance and financial compliance documentation.
