SATSA Launches Board Approved CoC

SATSA is proud to launch its new code of conduct, now including Anti-Harassment and Discrimination policies, in addition to a revised complaints process.
 
The new code reinforces SATSA’s commitment to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for all visitors and members of the association. The inclusion of Anti-Harassment and Discrimination policies ensures that SATSA provides a clear and unequivocal stance against any behaviour that may cause harm, discomfort or humiliation to any individual, group, or community.
 
Members are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the updated code and the complaints process and form, and we are available to provide support and resources if needed. 
 
The new code and related complaints process will strengthen SATSA and its efforts to promote a positive image of the tourism industry.
 
As always, we are committed to working collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure that the tourism industry remains a welcoming, inclusive, fair, and safe space for everyone.
