Road to the G20: TGCSA Free February
The G20 Summit, planned for November 2025 in Johannesburg, presents an unparalleled opportunity for South Africa to showcase its world-class tourism offering to thousands of global leaders, media, and delegates. SATSA is proud to support South African Tourism and the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa (TGCSA) for this exciting initiative.
It all begins with the Free Grading Campaign, a key initiative to increase the number of high-quality, graded establishments, ensuring South Africa is well-prepared for the global spotlight of the G20 Summit.
Be part of this important journey at one of the following TGCSA Free Grading Promotion events:
- 7 February 2025 – Gauteng, Johannesburg
- 17 February 2025 – Mpumalanga, Dullstroom
Why Participate?
By joining the TGCSA Free Grading Promotion, new and lapsed properties can receive one year of free grading, gaining international recognition, credibility, and increased marketability.
Qualifying businesses:
- Properties that have never been graded
- Previously graded properties whose certification expired before February 2022
- Establishments that meet the required statutory and grading criteria
These events provide ungraded establishments a valuable opportunity to understand the process, engage with industry leaders, and receive direct support when signing up.
