Participate and receive valuable analytics on the health of the tourism sector in South Africa

Partner News

You are invited to participate in the Tourism Business Index (TBI), an initiative of the Tourism Business Council of South Africa and compiled by BDO.

The TBI is a valuable tool for monitoring and predicting the health of the tourism sector and provides an indication of the current and likely future performance of businesses operating within the Tourism Sector in South Africa. It is a comprehensive measure that considers a wide range of tourism-related businesses, and information is collected through an online survey.

The overall tourism index includes accommodation operators, tour operators, coach operators, vehicle rental companies, airlines, travel agents, retail outlets, forex traders, conference venues and attractions.

After twelve months of normal trading conditions since the lifting of all Covid-19 restrictions - we would like to resume regular TBCSA Tourism Business Index (“TBI”) to take stock of the current performance and outlook for our industry.

Your participation is greatly appreciated and will contribute to a robust industry index!
