Opportunities to showcase your Western Cape Adventure Products

We have a fantastic Joint Marketing Agreement in place with Wesgro to provide market exposure to Western Cape Adventure products. This includes two one-day Adventure Exchanges (Cape Town and Garden Route) and an Adventure Fam (Cape Town and Overberg), all taking place before the end of March this year and themed around Land-, Air, and Water-activities.  

Adventure Exchanges:  Dates: Cape Town Thursday 27 February 2023, and Garden Route Thursday 9 March 2023. 

• 10 Buyers and 10 Adventure Products invited and hosted at an adventure product/destination.
• The participating destination should be able to host 22 participants for lunch, speed networking and an afternoon activity.
• Planned timing is 12:00 to 17:00 but this can be amended if needed.

Adventure Fam: Dates: Sunday 26 March to Wednesday 29 March 2023. 

• 20 Buyers invited to participate in a four-day adventure tour of Cape Town and surrounds, including Overberg.
• Buyers will be split into four groups of 5 buyers, each with a dedicated host.
• The fam will commence with a morning speed networking session followed by lunch and then departing on the different itineraries.
• All buyers and hosts will reach the same destination for the last night of the tour to share dinner and experiences and of course network over a good glass of the Cape’s best. 

For this, we would need to contract transport, venues, activities, accommodation, etc. If you are interested in hosting Adventure Buyers, contributing to, or participating in the Adventure Exchanges and/or Fam, please complete your details here before the end of business on 16 February 2023. The Adventure and Western Cape Chapters will then start identifying venues and planning itineraries.
