At the SATSA Training Academy, we seamlessly blend traditional classroom teaching with innovative online learning, offering a dynamic and comprehensive approach that caters to your unique needs and goals.
Whether you are employed in the tourism industry and want to enhance your skills, were previously in the industry and want to return, are a new entrant, have just started thinking about entering the industry, or are an educator who covers Tourism, we want you!

We are able to bring you this fantastic free opportunity through our newly signed partnership with atingi which is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) in international cooperation with the Smart Africa Alliance and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
In 2024 SATSA will host eight 2-day in-person training sessions, five 3-day virtual training sessions and nine 1-day virtual Train the Trainer sessions. Attendees can alone or learn with peers, get guidance from facilitators, and benefit from detailed videos, interactive content, badges, and personalised certificates.
The study material is diverse and includes everything from exploring tourism as a career option, sustainable development in tourism, soft skills for the industry and digital marketing for a tourism-driven business.
