The Cellars-Hohenort Hotel & Spa in Constantia, Cape Town, has unveiled its newly redesigned restaurant and public spaces. This renovation covers The Conservatory Restaurant and Terrace, along with the Lounge and Bar area.

The hotel's public areas have been transformed into modern, inviting spaces inspired by its gardens and ancient Camphor trees. HotCocoa Interiors & Design created a new look that reflects the hotel's rich heritage. The main goal of the design was to create a relaxed indoor space with views of the gardens, connecting dining and relaxation areas with nature.

Jacqui Elliott, CEO of The Liz McGrath Collection, said the interior upgrade will elevate the hotel. She noted that The Conservatory Restaurant now lives up to its name as a serene yet vibrant modern space for world-class cuisine and beverages, appealing to a sophisticated audience of locals and international travelers.

The 5-star Cellars-Hohenort Hotel & Spa, part of The Liz McGrath Collection, offers 51 elegant guest rooms and suites with views of the gardens. Accommodation options include a 2-bedroom Villa and an exclusive 3-bedroom Madiba Villa.
