Responsibilities:

• Design personalized travel experiences that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, tours, and activities in the travel sector.
• Manage bookings and itineraries, ensuring all travel logistics are smoothly handled.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.
• Offer exceptional customer service, solving any issues that may arise before, during, or after the trip.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the travel industry, with a strong preference for expertise in luxury and bespoke travel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
