Requirements for Membership:

  • Operational i.e.: Trading
  • Legal
    • Be a legal entity (PTY/Ltd, cc, Trust, etc)
    • Be registered for tax
    • Own trade name
    • State that the business complies with statutory requirements
  • Insured
    • Have sufficient insurance for category (provide letter from insurer)
  • Financially compliant
    • Auditor’s letter
    • Satisfactory Bank Report (requested by SATSA)
  • Application form and fee
    • Agree to abide by SATSA Code of Conduct

Membership application

  • To apply for membership, the company must be operational
  • Download the membership application form below
  • All forms must be downloaded - the application process cannot be facilitated via this website due to the additional requirements needed to complete the application process
  • Applications will be pended for 6 months from date of receipt. If the requirements are not received within this time frame - membership cannot be awarded and the application will lapse. The application fee is not refunded. Any further application will result in the full process with payment of the application fee
  • Application forms must be completed, with all relevant documentation and application fees and be sent to:
