Salary Negotiable depending on the experience.

 

Our client a Leading, Established Inbound Tour Operator are looking for Tour Guides Administrator to join the

Team. Office based and liaising with the Operators, Consultants and Accounts Department.

 

Criteria:

•          Matric + 2 years Admin and Accounts exp. (Travel/Tourism Industry Advantageous).
•          Handle all admin to do with Tour Guides; from the checking of expense lists before the tour to advance the correct funds to the guide for the tour.
•          Reconciling all the expenses after the tour when the guide returns all the slips and documents.
•          Preparing the fees for payment to the guides and calculating the vat on all the expenses.
•          Sending the payment advice to the guides for both the expenses and the fees.
•          Keeping the guides data base up to date and in order.
•          Communicating with the guides when necessary, regarding their expenses and slips etc.
•          Liaising With the Operations and Consultants and The Accounts Departments.
•          Sending out the IRP’s and pay slips.
