Location: Cape Town CBD/Green Point/Sea Point

Salary: R20k - R30k (Negotiable & Based on Exp.)

Type: Office based – regular hours.

Our client, an Established Tour Operation are actively recruiting for an Intermediate/Senior Inbound Tour Consultant working with Southern Africa and East Africa Countries.

Excellent opportunity with prospects in the field, to join a Vibrant, Dynamic Global Team.

Criteria:

· 3- 5 years as an Inbound Tour Consultant at a DMC/Inbound Tour Operator.

• Proven track record as a Groups/FITs Consultant (Intermediate to advanced level) dealing with Southern Africa and East Africa countries. Strong product knowledge.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• SA Permanent resident, SA ID, valid work permit.

Qualifications:

• Matric + relevant qualifications (Advantageous)
• A Motivated, honest, enthusiastic, dedicated, goal driven person with problem solving skills that is customer focused and results driven.
• Trustworthy and committed.
• Microsoft Office skills efficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Tour Plan (Advantageous).
• Candidate must reside in OR near Cape Town/Green Point/Sea Point area.
