Good Hope Studies is a privately owned, proudly South African company. We have been providing first class service to visitors from abroad since 1995.

Good Hope Studies is among the largest and most highly regarded EFL schools in South Africa. Students can study English for academic, leisure or business purposes at Good Hope Studies in Cape Town. We have two centres in great locations and are internationally accredited by EAQUALS and IALC. Students can choose between the vibrant, energetic City Centre campus, which is at the heart of all the best that Cape Town has to offer, or the leafy, upmarket residential area of Newlands, very close to the University of Cape Town. Good Hope Studies offers a unique learning experience that is highly efficient, fun and affordable. Students can expect stylish premises in safe and convenient locations where you can study in an engaging environment.

We bring more than 1.000 people to South Africa each year and give them the experience of a lifetime. Whether you would like to improve your English, immerse yourself in the South African way of life, give your time to one of our volunteer projects, or are looking to meet people from all over the world and make new friends, at Good Hope Studies you will find high quality service at competitive prices.

Good Hope Studies can help you discover an incredible part of the world and its people through its volunteering programmes providing you with a diverse and varied experience, giving you insight into the lives, history and culture of the local people.

The Good Hope Studies Social Club organises a number of activities per week. The activities are a great way to visit all the must-see places in Cape Town and surroundings. Our social club is also a great place to get to know your fellow students socially. Most importantly, however, it is a great opportunity to practice your newly-acquired language skills.
