Cango Wildlife Ranch is a wonderfully unique destination on the outskirts of Oudtshoorn, in the heart of the Garden Route, South Africa.
The ranch is renowned for offering once in a lifetime encounters with rare and endangered animals while incorporating conservation through education. This highly accredited facility, rated as a number one destination, with certificates of excellence from TripAdvisor, offers an unforgettable outing…and is open 365 days a year!
As creators of the world-first croc-cage diving… and Africa’s first interactive lemur encounter program this facility is home to over 90 species of animals and is one of the largest and most reputable pioneers in international cheetah conservation. The ranch runs one of the oldest and largest cheetah encounter programs in the world… and their expertise and passion are sure to offer you purrrrfect animal encounters! The onsite restaurants offer delicious nibbles and meals for any pallet preference while the Kidzone area is sure to keep children entertained for hours on end!
Cango Wildlife Ranch is an accredited institution, this internationally recognised accreditation awarded by the African Association of Zoos & Aquaria (PAAZAB) has only been awarded to 6 facilities in the whole of Africa, it is extremely prestigious and difficult to achieve and is reviewed every 4 years, having been awarded this accolade twice consecutively, we will shortly be going for our third review.
