As a delegate, accompanying partner or spouse, or an invitee to the SATSA 2017 Conference your participation in this event is based on and subject to the following terms and conditions:
A registration will only be considered as confirmed once full payment is reflected in the SATSA bank account – Full payment is required within 7 (seven) days of your invoice date.
“Early Bird” discounts will only apply to the period as specified on the SATSA conference website.
Registrations are only transferable with SATSA’s agreement. Conference badges may not be shared.
Participation in and admittance to the conference is conditional upon paying all registration fees due.
All cancellations must be received in writing and be sent to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellation fees are applicable for the cancellation of any pre-tours, registration fees and confirmed accommodation, as follows:
- After Saturday 1st June 2017 50% of the amount invoiced
- After Saturday 1st July 2017 100% of the amount invoiced
- Any refunds will only be processed after the conference
Late Registration Fee
A late registration fee of R1000 will be charged for any new delegate registrations after Monday 31st July 2017.
Any registrations received after this date (Monday 31st July 2017) are on request and subject to availability and confirmation by SATSA.
If you are a No-Show at the conference, no refund will be considered.
The delegate is responsible for the insurance of all goods brought by them to the conference and any general travel insurance, if applicable.
SATSA reserves the right to:
- Review the conference costs at any stage and changes may be made without prior notification,
- Refuse a delegate registration whether a member or a non-member
- Cancel, reschedule or relocate the event and / or
- Change the conference programme without prior notice.
SATSA, its National Executive Committee, employees, conference secretariat, agents, suppliers and/or sub contractors cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, accidents or inconvenience caused for any matters arising during conference setup, pre-tour arrangements, the conference and the two evening events at Spier and Guga Sthebe, Langa, or for any accommodation issues arising from any reservation made on your behalf.
All delegates must register via the conference website thereby accepting the above terms and conditions.
